About

Who Walks With You?

This site was born from a simple conviction: the Christian life is not a mystery reserved for spiritual elites, but a coherent reality accessible to anyone willing to think clearly. I am not an academic theologian, nor do I write from a position of spiritual superiority. Like you, I am a fellow sinner—a fellow traveler who has found that the path to truth requires more than good intentions; it requires a reliable map.

We live in an age where faith is often treated as a private sentiment, divorced from logic. But truth claims demand logical consequences. If Christianity is true, it must explain reality consistently. If it cannot, it is merely a therapeutic mechanism. My goal here is to explore the former, not the latter.

The Library, Not the Blog

You will not find a chronological stream of daily devotions here. Instead, treat this site as a curated library.

My mission is to provide a coherent framework for faith and reason, organized by topic rather than date. Whether you are an intelligent skeptic, a new believer, or a lifelong Christian seeking to tighten the bolts on your worldview, these pages are designed to help you navigate the Christian journey step-by-step. I prioritize apologetic coherence—ensuring our beliefs hang together logically—over emotional appeals or isolated insights. This is not about how you feel; it is about what is true.

No Neutral Ground

Rational discussion about ultimate truth does not happen on neutral ground. As detailed in My Starting Point, every thinker operates from foundational assumptions that shape how they interpret evidence. To pretend otherwise is to invite confusion.

I begin with the Self-Attestation of Scripture: the conviction that God speaks authoritatively, and His Word is the necessary starting point for understanding reality, logic, and morality. If you are accustomed to arguments that attempt to prove God using only human reason, you will find a different approach here. I believe God must speak for us to know Him correctly; we cannot invent Him through deduction. This is not a refusal to engage; it is the only way to ensure our conversation rests on solid ground.

How to Use This Site

Because I reject the idea that all roads lead to truth, I have structured this library with a deliberate entry point. Here is the recommended path for your journey:

  1. Start at the Beginning: Go to My Starting Point to understand the seven logical preconditions for knowing God. This is non-negotiable for the rest of the curriculum.
  2. Follow the Foundation Path: Return to the Home page and follow the four numbered cards in sequence. This order builds the epistemological foundation required for deeper study.
  3. Browse the Shelves: Once the basics are understood, explore the six Topic Hubs (Doctrine, Scripture, Living, Apologetics, Church History, Sacraments) based on your specific questions.

My hope is that you find this site to be a resource where doubt is met with rigorous thought, and faith is met with intellectual honesty. There are no magic answers here, only the hard work of following the Word of God wherever it leads.

Welcome to the journey.
